The National Cadet Corps (NCC) at Sri Dharamchand Jain School plays a vital role in instilling discipline, leadership, and a sense of patriotism among our students. Open to students from Class VIII onwards, the NCC program provides structured training through regular drills, physical fitness sessions, leadership exercises, and social service activities. Our cadets actively participate in events such as Republic Day parades, annual training camps, and community outreach programs like tree plantation and cleanliness drives. Through NCC, students develop confidence, a sense of responsibility, and team spirit. The program not only nurtures future leaders but also provides valuable opportunities, including preferential consideration in various defense and public service careers. At Sri Dharamchand Jain School, we are proud to support our cadets in embodying the NCC motto—"Unity and Discipline."
The Scouts Program at Sri Dharamchand Jain School is designed to foster character building, leadership skills, and community service among our students. Rooted in the values of responsibility, teamwork, and self-reliance, Scouts activities include outdoor camps, trekking, first-aid training, knotting skills, map reading, and social service projects. Through participation in various Scout camps and rallies, students gain hands-on experience in leadership and survival skills while developing a strong civic sense. The program encourages students to live by the Scout Promise and Law, promoting honesty, respect for others, and service to society. At our school, we believe that Scouting shapes responsible, confident individuals who are prepared to face life’s challenges with courage and compassion.
