All parents are requested to impart health education to their children. Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness by trimming of nails, regular haircut, etc.

Ensure they sleep 8 hours a day. Ensure they exercise daily.

Have a balanced diet, nutritionally rich in proteins and milk.

Drink adequate water which is either boiled or filtered.

De-worm children at least once a year after consultation with your family physician.
